After a significant release of features in September and October, the November focus was refining some of the new features launched over the last two months and squashing reported bugs. So, it is a light month of new feature announcements, but December and January should offer some great new features and functionality solutions.
For those unfamiliar with Clearly Cloud, this is our fully managed Unified Communications as a Service (UCaaS) platform that combines voice, video, and messaging into one platform.
Allow Auto Sorting of SMS Messages
This feature allows users to set how they want SMS Message threads sorted by Alpha/Numeric or Last Activity.
By setting to Last Activity, the newest SMS threads with replies will always be at the top of your list.
The Voicemail Tab of Call Panel is now Mobile Friendly
Using your mobile phone browser now provides a quality experience when using the voicemail tab of Call Panel. It allows listening to your messages through your mobile browser. Expect more focus in December on making the rest of Call Panel mobile-friendly.
